  • a cup of raw cashew
  • 4 cups of filtered water

Instructions

  • Always remember to soak your cashew overnight or at least for 8 to 10 hours. If you can’t wait for that long, soak it in warm water for 4 hours
  • Drain the excess water the next day and rinse with the clean one
  • Add the cashew to your high powered blender and add 4 cups of filtered water
  • Blend it for 1 to 2 minutes till it appears smooth and milky
  • Add flavor or sweetener if you want to
  • Put in the airtight storage and refrigerate it without strained

The most important thing to remember is to soak it and the ratio for water and cashews is 4 to 1 to make a just right as it is. However, you may use less water for an extra creamier result.
